Richard has many years of experience from the international hotel business, having worked in high-level hotels in France and Scandinavia.
When he is not working, you will probably find him in the gardens – he has green fingers – the proof is our interior patio.
Mikael also has worked in luxury hotels but has chosen the kitchens to flourish. Confirmed cook, he creates the dishes he includes in the menu, based on the fresh produce of local production.
When he is not working, he is creating new recipes, making home-made soaps, and other creative stuff.
